	<title>Baby Due Date Countdown</title>
	<link>http://www.yourbabygifts.co.uk/baby-gifts-blog/baby-due-date-countdown/</link>
	<description>
	We recently launched our sister website &amp;#39;Due Date Countdown&amp;#39; which allows expectant mummys to fill in their name and due date to see a lovely personalised countdown to their baby&amp;#39;s due date.

	It counts down the weeks, days, hours, mnutes and seconds until your baby is due to arrive and also shows a graph of how far you are through your pregnancy.

	We hope you find it useful and if you have any feedback or suggestions please feel free to leave them in the comments box below.

	Thanks xx

	<title>Sling or pushchair </title>
	<link>http://www.yourbabygifts.co.uk/baby-gifts-blog/walking-baby-in-countryside/</link>
	<description>
	I enjoy walking through the countryside and walking my dogs. Since having a baby I have found it difficult to walk as I didnt want to take my nice new pram incase it got covered in mud.

	I have researched into ways of taking baby with me and many people suggested a sling.

	First I tried the Tomy Roma baby carrier. I loved it. Baby was safe and she slept the entire time. Unfortunately this only lasted until baby was 3 months old. She became to heavy for me to carry and then I was back to square one.

	As I was unable to use a sling I decided to research into a second buggy. I didn&amp;#39;t have much money so bought a second hand Maclaren pushchair for £20. This was great in the summer but soon it became winter and the wheels wouldn&amp;#39;t work in the mud. I also didn&amp;#39;t feel as though my daughter was protected very much. I was worried that the pushchair seemed very flimsy and that my daughter would get knocked down by dogs. Again I was back to square one.

	After speaking to other mums an Ergo baby carrier was suggested. This appeared more support than the Toma Roma baby carrier. I am now going to purchase one and a review will be written shortly

	<title>What age gap do you have between your children?</title>
	<link>http://www.yourbabygifts.co.uk/baby-gifts-blog/what-age-gap-have-you-got-between-your-children/</link>
	<description>
	Since having my little girl I have been wondering how long to leave it before I start trying for another baby. What is the perfect age gap? Should I leave it a certain amount of time to let my body recover?

		It would be lovely to hear the age gap you have between your children or what age gap you would recommend.  Please leave a comment or email info@yourbabygifts.co.uk and I will add to the below

		.............................................................................................................................................................................................................................

		I have 4 years between my two. It&amp;#39;s good because I was able to spend quality time with my son for 4 years before my baby girl arrived in the July before he started school. Now I am able to spend time with my baby girl. I have been able to cherish both my children&amp;#39;s baby years.

		I have 15 months between my sons. It was really hard work but really worth it. My sons are best of friends and always play games together. I imagine it must be really hard trying to entertain one child.

			I have twin boys so there is only 8 minutes between my two! It&amp;#39;s hard work but I didn&amp;#39;t get a choice. I think it&amp;#39;s lovely that they have each other. If I&amp;#39;d had the choice I would have waited 3 years.

	<title>How long did your labour last? </title>
	<link>http://www.yourbabygifts.co.uk/baby-gifts-blog/how-long-was-your-labour/</link>
	<description>
	It&amp;#39;s interesting to hear how long everyone&amp;#39;s labour lasted. As a new mum you don&amp;#39;t know what is normal and what to expect.

	My labour lasted 3 hours and I was pushing for about 30 minutes. Thats from when I first felt pain. I had my baby within 8 minutes of arriving at the hospital. On arrival they found that my baby was breech. Luckily all was ok and I gave birth naturally with no pain relief to a healthy baby girl.

	It would be lovely to hear other peoples birth stories so feel free to leave a comment or email info@yourbabygifts.co.uk

	.............................................................................................................................................................................................................................

	All 3 of mine were different. The first two I went naturally, the last I was induced. My first was 4.5 hours of labor, the second was 22 hours. The 3rd was 3 hours. Being induced sucked alot but the labors were more intense for sure. Luckily I never had to have a c-section and all of them were vaginal births.

	My son was 3 weeks early, and I went into labor on my own....78 hours total, plus 1 1/2 hours to push, no epidural. Sucked! But the outcome.....WELL WORTH IT, I&amp;#39;d do it a million times for my baby boy!

	<title>Jumperoo - Possibly the best baby gift of all time</title>
	<link>http://www.yourbabygifts.co.uk/baby-gifts-blog/jumparoo-possibly-the-best-baby-gift-of-all-time/</link>
	<description>
	This may look like any other baby bouncer/holder but the Fisher Price Jumperoo is something different from the rest. Simply place your little one in it (from 5-6 months old) so that their tip toes are touching the floor. There are three levels of adjustment in case you need it.

	Once the Jumperoo is turned on you can select two sound types for a little variety and two sound levels. Your baby can then start to grab hold of the little plastic animals around them and possibly even try and eat them if they are anything like our little girl.

	The best part about the Jumperoo though is that sound effects occur when the animals are pushed, &amp;#39;rollers are rolled&amp;#39; etc. Also the music starts and stops depending on whether the child is moving up and down or not, so this product really encourages activity.

	It really is the best baby gift we have bought so far and keeps our daughter thoroughly entertained (for 15 minutes or so - then she wants a cuddle).
